After finding The Dress, there's a new difficult question you need to answer quite quickly: what shoes will you wear? Your dress wil be altered and your shoes will be the guide for the length. The higher the shoe, the longer the dress so, without wanting to add to the stress, choose wisely.
When they're mostly hidden under layers of silk, tulle or taffeta, does it even matter what shoes you wear for your special day? Should you therefore choose comfort over style and spend the minimum amount, both of money and effort, if they're only used as a guide for the dresses' lenght?
Thinking about the satisfying sharpness of a pointy toed pump that breaks soft layers of luxury fabric while you walk, the Amazonian lenght that comes with a 7 or 8 cm heel, the subtile bling on a Jimmy Choo, the daring anti-bride styling of combining a loafer, cowboy boot or mule with a wedding gown.
Yes, it does matter. Elusive details, like shoes, set the tone and vibe.
