1. Can I just walk in at Paloma?
Out of respect for everybody's time, we kindly ask you to book every appointment you want to make with Paloma. You can do this with the booking app on our booking page.
Walk-in days will be communicated via our Instagram channel.

2. Can I book you for a complete styling?
Of course! This would be such an honour. Please fill out both inquiry forms so we have all the information we need to help you with styling you for your special day. Please note that we could be already booked for hairstyling and make up services on your wedding day or can't always guarantee you a spot in our very busy agenda.

3. How long in advance do I need to book?

3.1 Hair and make up-wise: about one year in advance. We know, it sounds super weird to book something like a beauty treament one year in advance. Fridays and Saturdays are extremely limited throughout the year and most brides need to get ready in the mornings. We can only accept one or two brides per day. Be fast is our only message.
3.2 Gown-wise: most of our designers have a three-to-six month lead time. That means that they need three-to-six months to make your gown for you.
After the gown arrives in our studio, we still need to do a fitting to see if any alterations are needed. We do not provide alterations ourselves but to have a list of people who can help you.
3.3 Accessories-wise: most designers need about 10 weeks as everything is hand made for you.

4. How long in advance do I need to start looking?
You want to start looking about 12 months before your special day. Our designers need three-to-six months to make a gown for you and you need some time for alterations, too.
Don't be alarmed if you're a very last minute bride: there's always rush orders. Make sure you understand that rush orders come with rush fees.

5. How much does a wedding dress cost?
Depends on the designer. Please visit our designer page to see what their price ranges are.

6. What do you recommend bringing to my appointment?
6.1  If you booked hair and make up, we kindly ask you to fill out your shared document. This way we at Paloma can prepare ourselves fully and lay out all the neccesary tools and products to create your dream look.
You might want to wear a white top, bring your jewellery or veil when you have one.
6.2 When shopping for a gown, please bring nude, seamless underwear and a strapless nude bra. Bring your shoes and other accessories, if you have any.

7. What sizes are your samples?
We have two sizes: 38 and 42. We use clips and a little bit of imagination to make sure you have a really good image of how your gown will fit on your wedding day. All of our gowns can be ordered in your size, so don't worry.

8. How do I pay?
All hair and make up arrangements consist of a fee you pay at the try out. The remaining amount of your bridal service plus all other services are due in full on the day of your wedding.
When decided on a gown, 80% of the cost of your dress will be your deposit. The other 20% is due when picking up the gown.
You can pay by Payconiq on location or the studio, or via card in the studio.

9. What other costs are there?
For gowns and accessories: alterations, rush fees, etc.
For make up and hair: Sunday fee, driving fee, parking costs, etc.

10. What if I don't like my dress anymore?
So sorry to hear. We really urge to be sure of your choice. When we order your gown, there's no way back. The seamstresses have already started working on your dress so we can't cancel anymore. We still need you to collect your gown and pay the remainder. We can't offer any kind of refunds nor cancel your order when it's placed.
